Victoria "Vicky" Miller is one of the minor villains in The Fairly OddParents: The Next Generation.

Character[]

Description[]

Vicky wears a green turtleneck with the letter V engraved on it, along with a belt, dark grey pants and black shoes.

Personality[]

Vicky is slightly less evil and nasty than she was 20 years ago, and has opened her daycare center, serving as the "warden" of the daycare. However, she still acts like her teenage self towards misbehaving kids. As for babysitting, she built a special robot that replaces her as a babysitter.

Vicky is shown to be semi-reformed, as she no longer had any desire for world domination and uses her torture skills to punish those kids who deserve it. She hired Neil Ryan to not only to teach kids military discipline so that they can be well-behaved, but to watch over her to make sure she won't go too far in hurting children. Vicky has some knowledge of child psychology and learning their behaivior.

Vicky took a liking towards Charlie Amber, the son of her former friend Alyssa, and has a very good friendship with him, as Charlie considers Vicky as his hero (similar to his mom over 20 years ago) and a superior mother figure compared to his mom, and Vicky thinks of him as a son that she never had.
