Description
Vicky is a teenaged girl with red hair in a ponytail, a green shirt that exposes her belly, and black pants and shoes. She has pink eyes. When around parents, she acts nice and speaks with a sweet tone, but when alone with kids she immediately turns evil and starts screaming at them.
In "The Big Elementbending Wish!", when gaining firebending powers, she gets clothes that look similar to Azula's clothes from Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Personality
Vicky's personality is identical to the canon version of her. She is extremely mean to the children she babysits. This includes Timmy Turner, her little sister Tootie, Chester, A.J., as well as dozens of other unnamed kids who have gotten stuck doing her chores. Vicky's also very manipulative, as in the episode "Revenge of the L.O.S.E.R.S.", she uses a Fake-i-fier to disguise herself as Tootie in order to lure Timmy and others into a trap. Vicky also cares about money a lot. So much, in fact, that she even nearly got away with robbing a bank in disguise as Trixie. In spite of being evil, Vicky is against hearing curse words in her vicinity, as revealed in "Filthy Wishmouth", however that doesn't stop her from yelling all 13 bad words when she stubs her foot. Like in the original series, she has a bug inside of her that made her evil, meaning that she wasn't initially born as a meanie. In the episode "The Origin of Vicky's Ickyness", it's revealed that the bug lived inside a hole in the unoccupied room of Vicky's family home that would eventually become Vicky's room, and it bit Vicky once every year after she got the room at the age of 3, until Tootie was born, when it permanently became stuck inside Vicky.
