Philip Tad or just plainly Tad is one of the minor characters of The All New Fairly OddParents!, and a major adult character in The Fairly OddParents: The Next Generation. Alongside Chad, he's a popular kid that constantly picks on unpopular kids. He and Chad form a rivalry with Timmy on occasional episodes. Sometimes, they form an alliance with Timmy and his friends against a common enemy, and later became close friends in "Un-Popularized" and onward.
