Sparky is the former pet of Timmy Turner, one of the minor villains of The All New Fairly OddParents! until his redemption in "Friend or Fiendish Canine" and a minor character in The Fairly OddParents: The Next Generation.
Character
Sparky is a hyperactive fairy dog that was once Timmy Turner's pet. He was adopted by Timmy, who wanted a dog after realizing everyone in Dimmsdale had a pet but him, but as he was banned from all the pet stores of the town, he had to adopt a dog from Fairy World.
Three weeks before Timmy met Chloe, Sparky trashed Timmy's house and blamed him for the destruction, and then ran away, with Timmy and his fairies disowning him since then.
