Neil Ryan is one of the minor characters in The All New Fairly OddParents! and The Amazing Adventures of Sally and Stan. He is Sanjay's older stepbrother and the son of renowned soldier Hank Ryan. He is a soldier like his father. He likes to take Sanjay to school every time he misses the bus.
