Trivia[]

  • Despite this crossover only featuring characters from the original Fairly OddParents, Robot Trixie and Robot Tootie make an appearance.
  • Almost every single character from My Life as a Teenage Robot makes an appearance in this episode, including some never before seen characters, like XJ-10 and Brad's ex-girlfriend, Kiki.
  • This episode is considered a sequel to the Fairly OddParents made-for-TV movie "Wishology!".
  • Some of the voices for My Life as a Teenage Robot characters were recast:
    • Due to the death of Eartha Kitt, Vexus' original voice actress, Cree Summer, who had previously voiced Vexus in the episodes "Around the World in Eighty Pieces" and "Queen Bee", returns to voice Vexus again in this crossover.
    • Due to Quinton Flynn's sexual harrassment allegations, Sheldon Lee was recast with Yuri Lowenthal.
    • Due to Jim Ward's retirement from voice acting, Krackus was recast with Diedrich Bader.
  • In this episode, Sheldon stops obsessing over Jenny, and Jenny becomes much more sympathetic towards him, and reveals that she has a secret crush on Brad, but still loves Sheldon, referencing how some fans ship Jenny with Brad rather than Sheldon.
  • After the events of "No Harmony with Melody", Melody Locus is kidnapped by the Cluster and gets reprogrammed for evil.

References[]

  • Mega Man - There are plenty of references to the Mega Man series. Sheldon scraps down his old creation, the Silver Shell, and instead makes a form-fitting armor so that he could fight alongside Jenny. Sheldon's armor, the Silver Armor, bears a similarity to Mega Man (Rock) and his successor, X.
    • Mega Man X4 - The part where Jenny is damaged in battle and her battery dies (during which Sheldon reveals to Jenny that Silver Shell was him all along) is similar to Iris' death in Mega Man X4 after she attempted to avenge her brother, Colonel, when he was defeated by Zero. After Brad tells Sheldon that Jenny's battery died, Sheldon screams and quotes Zero's line after Iris dies ("What am I fighting for?!") before Timmy slaps him, telling Sheldon to pull himself together. Timmy also says that Sheldon sounded like a poorly dubbed video game character, referencing the sub-par English dubbing of Mega Man X4.
    • Mega Man X6 - Before the Cluster reveal that they repaired the Destructinator, when Vexus asks how the Destructinator is still alive, he jokingly says "I hid myself while I tried to repair myself", a reference to the infamous line from the English version of Mega Man X6 said by Zero in the cutscene where X finds Zero.
  • Sonic the Hedgehog - The Silver Armor that Sheldon built out of Silver Shell parts was named after Silver the Hedgehog from the Sonic game series, who was voiced by Sheldon's original voice actor, Quinton Flynn, from 2010 up to 2019.
