Robot Tootie is a robot created by Ivan Prestonovich in the episode "All-In-One Romance" of "The All New Fairly OddParents!", alongside Robot Trixie, while the real Tootie & Trixie were fused together into Trixootie, thanks to Timmy and his Magic Muffin. Ivan also made several copies of her just incase something bad happens to Tootie. Appearance wise, Robot Tootie is a near-perfect replica of her human counterpart. In her first appearance, she sounded like Wanda speaking in a monotone robotic voice, while in the later appearances, she spoke exactly like the real Tootie, due to Ivan making an upgrade so that the robot has artificial intelligence based on her real counterpart, along with a holographic disguise program that allows Robot Tootie to look exactly like her human counterpart. She can stay warm, even in winter, and is also waterproof.

Much like the real Tootie, Robot Tootie has a crush on Timmy.

In the Fairly OddParents/My Life as a Teenage Robot crossover movie, "Robothology" she had weapons installed and was converted into a crime-fighting robot by Sheldon, equipped with advanced weaponry within her body and possessing super strength and speed, much like XJ-9.
