Ollie Skylark is Dawn’s step cousin and friend. Before they became step cousins, they were already good friends.
( spoiler) Later in the episode "Da Training Book for Me" he finds out that Dawn has fairy godparents. And everything clicks in, the fairies aren’t taken away though, because Jorgen was planning on them sharing the fairies. Dawn and Ollie became closer even if Dawn is 1 year younger than Ollie.
Relationships
With his mother, Ollie has a good mother-son relationship with some bumps, On the way, Ollie learns a lot about babysitting but he doesn't need it that much considering he isn't getting a younger sibling.
As for father, Ollie rarely sees him, but when he does, it’s not for long. So he doesn't know his father much, but he likes spending whatever little time he has with him.
Dawn and Ollie know one another really well. Ollie knows Dawn more that Dawn's parents know her (because they don’t have time for her), and think of each other as siblings, even though they're really step-cousins.
Arlene Buxaplenty is Ollie's girlfriend, although he dislikes how she picks on his step-cousin.
