Apperance
A half-fairy half-human type. Dosen't wear a crown nor does he have a wand, but has magic better then any fairy ever. He looks like a stickfigure. He lived in Timmy's basment until 10,000 Wishes under the Sea.
Personality
The quiet sort who knows what's going to happen. He seems to be a little TOO interested in the Tooth Fairy and Trixe Tang. In 'Fairy Overboard!' it's shown he's impatient.
