Rebecca Amber is a minor character in The All New Fairly OddParents! and a major character in The Amazing Adventures of Sally and Stan. She is Sally Amber's mother.

Description
Rebecca has orange eyes and long blond hair. She wears a lime green shirt, an orange hat, dark green pants and brown shoes.
Rebecca's swimwear consists of a dark blue one-piece swimsuit.
Personality
Rebecca is a a very honest policewoman and has a strong sense of justice and duty. She loves her family and takes good care of her children. Rebecca is shown to be trained in martial arts and is skilled in boxing, Tae Kwon Do, in which she's also a blue belt, and Ninjutsu. The reason why she studies martial arts is because she wanted to defend her family from criminals and bad men. Aside from being skilled in martial arts, Rebecca is also a good swimmer.
Despite this, Rebecca also has a childish side, as she's shown to love cartoons more than watching adult shows, except for C.C. Cruiser and Odd Squad, and when nobody is around, she is shown to be playing video games in her game console and computer games, playing with dolls and doll houses, reading comics, and playing tea party. She's also occasionally seen imitating stunts from one of her son's favorite shows, Maho Mushi. Rebecca is also an amazing car driver, but she sometimes likes to go over the speed limit, especially in police chases.
