Mr. Prestonovich is one of the minor characters of The All New Fairly OddParents!. He is Ivan Prestonovich's father, as the family name implies. He mostly speaks Russian, and doesn't particularly understand English, so his wife, who is more fluent in English, has to translate everything for him. However, he was finally able to speak English in the Christmas special after his son got some help getting his Christmas spirit back. Mr. Prestonovich's voice sounds similar to Stimpy from the Ren and Stimpy "Adult Party Cartoon", only slightly lower, and with a Russian accent.
