Kimmy Turnbaum is a minor character in The All New Fairly OddParents! and The Fairly OddParents: The Next Generation, and a major character in The Amazing Adventures of Sally and Stan.

Kimmy was Sanjay's date and is the daughter of the Souvenir Bandits, the Turnbaums, who treated her worse than Timmy's parents, and her parents constantly blamed her for the robberies. Because of this, Kimmy eventually ran away from her parents at the age of 9 and lived alone with her goldfish before she was found by Chip's twin sister, Candy Skylark, who then decided to adopt her.

In the future, Kimmy becomes a successful country singer. One of her songs is "The Ballad of the Turnbaums", a song about the history of the Turnbaums, which also mentions the events of "Parent Hoods".

Kimmy wears a pink hat that is identical to the one Timmy wears, and a pink dress. The pink color is a slightly lighter shade than Timmy's color scheme. Her hair is similar to Timmy's future daughter, Tammy Turner. The rest of her body including her face and eye color is eerily identical to Timmy, with the exception that she has longer eyelashes. Also, her voice is identical to Timmy's.

In the future, Kimmy wears a pink flannel shirt with blue jeans and cowboy boots. She also wears a pink cowboy hat on a few occasions. Kimmy's adult voice is similar to Raven from Teen Titans.

Kimmy is calm and rational, but, much like Timmy, she can be a little bit selfish. Both Kimmy and Sanjay really like each other even though she later finds out that Sanjay's heart is on Timantha, and Kimmy respects that.
