Jessica "Jessie" Prestonovich is one of the minor characters of The All New Fairly OddParents! and a main character of The Fairly OddParents: The Next Generation. She is a Russian-American kid and the future daughter of Ivan Prestonovich and Veronica, and has her father's fairy godparents. Much like Tommy Turner, she spends one week with her dad and Chloe, and then another week with her mom and Chester, then back to her dad, and so on so forth.

Description
Jessie's appearance is a mix of Ivan and Veronica. She resembles her father with the hair color, and her mother with the hairstyle (hair held back in a ponytail) and blue eyes. Jessie wears an orange turtleneck shirt with the letter "D" on it, blue skirt and boots, similar to her mother's cheerleading outfit. Sometimes, she wears a blue dress with a tiara when going to a party. She is slightly taller than Tommy. Jessie has a high voice, sounding similar to her mother when she was young.
Personality
Like her father, Jessie is smart and good-natured, likes eating ice cream, and as beautiful as her mother. In school, she's a popular girl, treated similarly to Trixie when she was young, with everyone respecting her, and she's also a cheerleader, much like her mother. Jessie cares about looking as pretty as possible, since she has been to lots of beauty pageants and won many awards, and she's also a tomboy on a few occasions. She is nice to pretty much everyone, except for bullies, and is Tammy Turner's and Celia James' best friend. Although, Jessie sometimes acts a bit strict, especially towards her younger half-sibling, Greg. She is said to be a strong girl, but mostly tries to resolve issues using brains rather than brawn. Like her parents, she also speaks Russian. Jessie has a secret crush on Tommy, much like her mother's crush on Timmy, Tommy's father. Jessie also has a mildly bitter rivalry with Amanda Martin, another popular girl in school that her half-brother, Greg, has a crush on. Much like her mother wanting to be like Trixie in the past, Jessie also has a tendency to freak out and wanting to be like Amanda. Although, Jessie and Amanda later become good friends.
