Description[]
Jeff wears a Los Angeles Lakers Jersey (He is still nice to Clipper's Fans Too!). He also wears blue jeans and like all fairies, he has a crown, wings, and a wand. Jeff is as tall as Cosmo, and like Timmy, his head is about the size of his body. He has green hair and eyes.

Jeff is caring and hates people who hate other people, so if you're nice, he will respect you and might even be your fairy godparent! Mean people like Seth Martinez (another made up character) have already been turned into ash.

Jeff loves Cosmo very much, and does whatever it takes to keep him from getting in danger. When Cosmo was slightly younger, he sent Cosmo to the Fairy World University, but only went for one day, and that is why Cosmo isn't intelligiant today.
Timmy[]
Jeff saw Timmy only one time, and that was when he was watching a Clippers game with him. Timmy got a few souvenirs, including a Clippers hat, Clippers jersey, and a normal Clippers T-shirt. They never appeared on the show because the things were in the far back of Timmy's closet.
Wanda[]
Jeff and Wanda just respect each other, and Jim wants Wanda to be a little less naggy.
Poof[]
Poof calls Jeff Jeffy and Jeff thinks Poof is adorable.
Anti-Jim Anti-Cosma[]
Jeff made Anti-Jeff turn into ash at least 1,000 times. They fight every weekend. Anti-Jeff says strong language and Jeff hates it and gets angrier.
