This episode reveals how Molly and Dwight got their fairy godparents. Dwight got Irving due to his fear of bees after his mother was teaching him to be a beekeeper, which he found to be stressful.
It's also revealed that their family names are Manson and O'Leary, respectively.
All of the godkids and their godparents give each other's phone numbers to contact each other if they ever need help or to bond together as a family.
At the end of the episode, Remy had forgotten to get his copy of the picture of his friends and their godparents, but Zack managed to steal it and put it on the wall.

Although many children and their fairy godparents make an appearance, Kristina, Tony and Anne do not. Kristina will later berate Timmy about not inviting her to the party in the season 4 episode "Sunny's Pirate Adventure", and will eventually become the oracle of the Wishing Ten.
The Fairly OddParents! (OYC!) - This episode is slightly similar to the Oh Yeah! CartoonsFairly OddParents! Short, Party of Three!, where Zack takes a picture of the fairies and tries to prove the existence to the U.S. government, but the fairies poof it into something else making Zack look crazy, similar to Vicky trying to show Timmy's parents that he's throwing a party in his house.
