• Mighty No. 9 - At one point, when going through a list of what not to do when promoting a game, Tammy mentions that phrases like "make the bad guys cry like an anime fan on prom night" should not be used to promote a game, referencing the line from the infamous "Masterclass" trailer for the ill-fated crowdfunded game Mighty No. 9, which was touted to be a spiritual successor to Capcom's Mega Man games, and was created by one of the people behind Mega Man, Keiji Inafune.
• Fallout 76 - The game that the kids were playing at the start of the episode, Fallouch 67 (one of the sequels to the game Fallouch from the canon episode "Crockin' The House"), is a parody of the MMO game Fallout 76. The kids aren't impressed with the game due to the constant bugs and ask how Mythesda (a spoof of Bethesda, the developers of Fallout 3, 4 and 76) could mess the game up so badly, a reference to the poor reception of Fallout 76 and its many flaws and glitches.
• Sonic 2 XL - Timmy thinks of making a sidescrolling platformer where the player can collect chocolate coins, but the more coins they collect, the fatter their character will become, and limit their moveset. This is a reference to Sonic 2 XL, a famous ROM hack of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 which replaces regular rings with onion rings, with Sonic becoming fatter the more onion rings he collects and his moveset eventually becoming more limited.
• Undertale - D.J. suggests making an RPG video game where nobody has to die, and if the player chooses to kill all of the characters, there would be dire consequences, a reference to the tagline for Toby Fox's game Undertale.
