Fionna Toomes has a similar hairstyle to Winston, except with longer hair and dark blond hair color, blue eyes and red lipstick. She wears a green dress and heels, red pearl necklace and white bracelets, similar to Mrs. Turner's appearance in the Oh Yeah! Cartoons shorts. Her voice is similar to Ms. Keane from the Powerpuff Girls.
