A mysterious villain who appears inthe "Detective Tootie" episodes of "A Girl and Her Genie". It seems to enjoy being evil. Each time Tootie catches it, it is reveealed as a different person. Then at the end, another shadow is seen staring angrily at Tootie before leaving.
Who IS The Shadow?
He seems to be a reference to the Shadow Creature from "Shadow Showdown".
