Christopher Marmel, commonly known as Chief Marmel, is one of the minor characters in The All New Fairly OddParents! and The Amazing Adventures of Sally and Stan. He is chief of the Dimmsdale Police Department and one of the few smart adults in Dimmsdale.

Appearance[]
While on duty, Christopher is shown to be wearing a police uniform. While not on duty, it is shown that he wears a blue collared shirt, black pants and and black shoes.
Personality[]
Christopher Marmel is shown to be a gruff, serious, determined and stern policeman with a strict strong sense of justice and duty. Christopher is shown to be a disciplined and very responsible policeman, as he has to make sure that he is never a corrupt policeman. Similar to Rebecca, Christopher is shown to be trained in martial arts, however, the martial arts in which Christopher is trained in are different. Instead, the martial arts that Christopher is trained with are: Karate, in which he is 4th degree black belt, Hapkido, Kickboxing, Judo, and Boxing and Wrestling. Although, he is gruff and strict, it is shown that he is fair and reasonable with his fellow officers and is not a bad boss.
While not on duty, it is shown that Christopher likes to train martial arts as a hobby and to improve his skills. Another reason why he studies martial arts was because to take down criminals easier and give criminals fear. Also, Christopher is secretly a novelist and writer as loves writing spy fiction, science fiction, and superhero novels.
It is shown that he has a very good relationship with Aero because she captured the criminals that the police never captured as well as being partners with her in taking down criminals and teaming up with her. At first, he was slightly jealous at her for stealing his job and taking down criminals easily with her wind powers, however, when he starts teaming up with her, he began to take liking of her. Because of this, in the future, Christopher gave his position to Aero due to his good relationship with her and as a gift of friendship with her.
