Carly is one of the minor characters of The All New Fairly OddParents! and one of the major characters in The Fairly OddParents: The Next Generation. She is a fashion model that makes a few cameos, and in the future, Carly becomes a rich mother of Marty and Mitzie Mulligan. Unlike her husband, David, Carly is more supportive and caring about her kids, and much like Missy, she gives nice advice to her children and friends when there is any trouble involved. She and Timmy once had tattoos of each other's names put on themselves during the "Amnesia" day of F.L.A.R.G., but ever since that incident happened, she got rid of the tattoo.

She's a tall brunette wearing a shiny pink dress, bracelets, an ankle bracelet, and high heels.
In the future, Carly mostly looks the same, except she has a "David" tattoo on her shoulder, while her husband, David, has a matching "Carly" tattoo on his chest.
