Black Lightning is a minor villain of the The All New Fairly OddParents!. Black Lighting is 2nd dimension Turbo Thunder's second in command. It is unknown where he came from, but his skills were so impressive, he was assigned straight on. He can change his hands into elite weapons. Later during the arrival of the first dimension duplicates, A.J. and his 2.D. self were eavesdropping on Black Lightning, noticing that he's only a controlled robot with someone inside. It came to a shock to 2.D. A.J. when he found out the person inside the machine was his former rebel ally and ex-girlfriend, (2.D.) Charlotte Johnson.
