Adam Williams is a mysterious american teenager who's a friend of Timmy Turner and others. He is also one of the recurring minor characters in The All New Fairly OddParents!. In his final appearance, it's revealed that he's a spy.

Description
Adam has short blond hair and dark blue eyes. His main outfit is a light blue shirt, orange skinny jeans and red and white sneakers.
Personality
Adam is kind, sensitive, very handsome and he never lies. He is also confident, strict and serious. Although Adam can sometimes be short-tempered, or in other words, high-strung, getting frustrated easily, and shouting when angry.
In his final appearance however, Adam is considerably a bit more evil than before.
