Turbo Thunder (2nd Dimension), real name Pippy Dinglefitz, is a minor villain of The All New Fairly OddParents! and The Amazing Adventures of Sally and Stan.

2.D. Turbo Thunder looks very similar to his 1st dimensional self, except he has several scars, and his clothes are gray instead of pink.

2.D. Turbo Thunder shoots black lightning bolts from his hands as well as throwing black lightning bolts, the reason for this is that he thinks shooting lightning bolts from the armpits is stupid and immature. He also has the ability to create thunderstorms and summon black lightning bolts from the sky. He is more powerful and faster than his 1st dimension counterpart because he trained himself during his youth before taking over 2.D. Dimmsdale. He also had super strength, and the ability to fly using his jet boots. 2.D. Turbo Thunder's jet boots can fly faster than his 1st dimension counterpart. He can also teleport through lightning. 2nd Dimension Turbo Thunder had the ability to create Lightning Blade and redirect Lightning. Similar to Fright Knight from Danny Phantom on how he produces and throw purple flaming crystal meteor, 2.D. Turbo Thunder has the ability to summon and throw black electrical crystal meteor (which is his most powerful ability) and throw Black Lightning Balls.

2.D. Turbo Thunder is smarter and more serious than his 1st dimension counterpart. Unlike his 1st dimension counterpart, who is good, 2.D. Turbo Thunder is evil. He despises being a dumb villain because being silly is a sign of weakness and stupidity.
